Body Conditioning

Body conditioning is a 45-minute class in which exercises are designed to develop cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, strength and coordination. The classes will highlight the areas that need extra attention to improve a dancer's technique.

 

Conditioning is the best way to manage the physical demands of dance and enhance a dancer's performance abilities.

When the body is physically fit, it will be better equipped to perform the technical

requirements of dance and unleash your full artistic potential.​

Classical Ballet Technique Classes
